2008 Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast
We love Pinot Noir as it a highly versatile food wine! It is ready to drink now but we recommend 12 months in bottle before opening and will develop with bottle age for the next 5 to 7 years.
2008 The Angel's Fare Saralee's Vineyard Russian River Valley
This blend of Marsanne (50%), Roussanne (48%), and Viognier (2%) is a delicate, unique, almost “ethereal” wine.
2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley
The wine is easily identifiable as a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon due to the opaque ruby color and intensity nose of herbs, red (currant and plum), ripe black fruits (cassis, black olive, cherry), milk chocolate, oak and vanilla.
2008 Syrah Santa Barbara County
If you like California Central Coast Syrah, you are going to love this Syrah! It is big, flavorful, and bold while maintaining the refined elements of a Cote Rotie.
2007 White Hawk Vineyard Sangiovese Santa Barbara County
This wine shows that California can grow excellent Sangiovese! It is a deep ruby/purple with pronounced aromas of raspberry, jam, bubblegum and cherry (red, dark and sour). The palate shows medium tannins, long length, high acidity and flavors of raspberry, brambleberry, strawberry, rhubarb and sour cherry.
2007 Syrah Dry Creek Valley
The medium intensity nose has aromas of floral (white), black cherry, black olive, red cherry, strawberry, cracked black pepper and warm spices. The palate has medium+ acidity, medium+ fine-grained tannins, long length with complex, layered flavors matching the aroma plus warm spices on entry, cracked white pepper and pomegranate and on the finish.
